1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the pk18 platform (available at pk18.bet and any associated mobile applications or services, collectively the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the pk18 Platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered through pk18, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, virtual sports, instant-win titles, and any promotional programmes. They are to be read in conjunction with any additional product-specific rules and the pk18 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

Use of the pk18 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pk18 strictly prohibits use of its Platform by persons under the age of 21. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual and not on behalf of a business entity, unless pk18 has expressly authorised such access in writing.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from pk18 or had your account permanently closed by pk18 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative of another person for the purpose of placing wagers on the pk18 Platform.

pk18 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any user at any time. This may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending further review.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of pk18 services, you must register an account via the pk18 Login page. Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify pk18 promptly of any changes to your registered details by updating your account profile or contacting support at [email protected]. pk18 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• Your account username and password are personal and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account credentials.
• You must notify pk18 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• pk18 employees will never ask for your full password via any communication channel.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pk18 maintains your account balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions on the Platform, including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals, are denominated in PKR. pk18 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the pk18 Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits are specified within the cashier section of your account.
• Funds deposited into your pk18 account must be used for gaming purposes. pk18 is not a banking institution and your account is not a savings facility.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, as a general anti-money laundering (AML) control measure.
• pk18 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. pk18 aims to process all approved withdrawals within 24 to 72 hours of verification completion.
• pk18 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Any deposits made using fraudulent payment credentials will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk18 offers a variety of promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal campaigns such as PSL betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which take precedence over any general statements made in marketing materials.

The following general conditions apply to all pk18 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Each bonus is limited to one claim per user, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms and are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• pk18 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or withhold bonus-related winnings from any user who is found to have abused the promotional system, including through multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors.

• pk18 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the pk18 Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are available within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• pk18 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed and the event has settled.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, pk18's decision — made by reference to official sources and third-party data providers — shall be final.
• All casino games on the pk18 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. The integrity of all game outcomes is independently audited.
• pk18 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without prior notice, including in circumstances where match integrity concerns are identified.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event (late bets) may be voided at pk18's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk18 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing restrictions placed on a suspended account.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sports markets, or collusion with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that is harassing, abusive, or threatening toward pk18 staff or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk18 Platform, including but not limited to the pk18 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of pk18 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the pk18 Platform without the prior written consent of pk18.

9. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by pk18 is governed by the pk18 Privacy Policy, which is available at pk18.bet/privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

pk18 collects personal data that is necessary for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and the provision of customer support. pk18 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pk18 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. pk18 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to failures of third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or force majeure events.

11. Responsible Gaming

pk18 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to users seriously. The following tools are available to all registered users through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pk18 account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you to how long you have been active on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

pk18 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without notice, if pk18 reasonably believes that the user has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In the event of account closure due to user breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to investigation findings.

Any outstanding balance in your account at the time of closure — net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any pending verification checks.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk18's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under pk18's licensing framework.
